This blog is where I share thoughts, ideas, advice and recipes that can help us all eat healthily and well. I think of it as a personal take on the world, viewed through a lens of Good Food, Great Music.
The site features the great tracks I’ve been listening to while cooking, many of which are inspired by the subject matter in the posts. All the tracks are gradually added to the ADK Playlist on Spotify, which you can access via the link at the top of every page, or over on Spotify itself.
